Some info of the dim sum restaurant in Chinese : 近年來在本地飲食圈掀起一陣旋風的“雞窩包”，已成為許多包餃點心茶樓競相模仿推出的“新貴”。從雪隆出發，漸漸吹向全馬各地。 所謂“雞窩包”，簡單說就是大包加糯米雞。 從表面上看來，就像以加料的糯米雞為底，外套上雪白包皮至頂端再留一圓孔。上視就像一個可透過“圓窗”洞察內裡乾坤的大包，倒反過來則見飽滿的糯米底盤。 所謂加料，就是除了一般糯米雞該有的雞肉、叉燒和冬菇外，還放入半個鹹蛋黃，以及大量洋蔥煮成的甜美醬汁。食用時，用剪刀從洞口往外剪成六等分，撥開包 皮，糯米雞就“窩”在裡面，故稱“雞窩包”。 發明這創新包點是大家城點心茶樓老板聶城，來自實兆遠，福州人，80年代就已在八打靈SS2開店，后轉戰蕉賴9條石，2002年才搬到大城堡開了這間大家城點心茶樓，而雞窩包則創于1998年，至今已有10年歷史。 對于熟悉點心歷史的知食前輩來說，或許會懷疑此“雞窩包”與香港那幾近失傳的“雞窩”有何關連。 “雞窩”其實就是大包的前身，包身作墊，餡料外露，龐碩的餡料包含了雞肉、生肉、火腿、鮮蝦、燒腩肉、冬菇、雞蛋和鹹蛋黃等，后改為包的形式，也就成了我們現在所熟悉的大包。 大家城點心茶樓 創始年：2002年 地址：140 Jalan Radin Anum, Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur 營業時間：08:00pm～2:00pm 電話：019-3825455 (聶城先生)

Wow long time didn't update my blog...Here comes the new update -_-" 18 - 21 March 2010, there was a event - 2nd International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta being held in Putrajaya...And i went there on 20th Macrh with EngHong, WengChye, Kate and KuanHoong... Some introduction of the event before i start showing some of the photos taken by me... International Hot Air Balloon pilots from Japan, Switzerland, USA, Belgium, New Zealand, France and the Netherlands participated in the inaugural event are intrigued by the beauty of Malaysia and vowed to return to explore Malaysia more. Experience and photographs taken during the fiesta are proudly posted in their respective websites and blogs that would indirectly promote Malaysia. KuanHoong was having conference call at home and he couldn't join us...I knew that he very wish to join us although he is on diet and having conference call, so i took this photos while i accidentally found his photo in Donny's phone... Hehe WenEng was ready to eat... This is a drink which tasted like barley...And this is free...Quite nice to drink but a little bit too sweet for me...We had free watermelon too... The cap of the Soju's bottle... Chye was playing a game to punch himself... Thanks Donny for taking this photo for YuetLeng and me... Korean's green tea? Yea test shot for our group photo... Then we asked a staff to help us for our group photo... "Nicely" taken...Good angle...Hahaaa... What to do, crop it... Another cropped photo... That's all for the birthday celebration...Overall the food was okay...But majority of us still prefer to dine at Woo Ga Chon...Hahaha...All right, happy birthday to Johnny and WengChye...

Here come the main course...I like the roasted beef the most!Damn nice... The Korean rice cake if not mistaken...Very chewy...Nice to eat... OMG this is the 1st time we saw Donny eat vegetables...Faster snap a photo for this historic moment...Hahaha...Is this what we call "Power of Love"? =P The boss treat us drink this Korean Soju...Haha don't know consist how many percent of alcohol...But quite nice to drink... Johnny was excited to see this....Hahaha... Yum Sheng.... Haha i gave this to WengChye... And you see how happy he was, lol... Bottom up...Hahaha... Up next...Our group photos....
