Kundasang @ Sabah (Part 5)

After driving for around 20 minutes, we finally reached the destination, a very beautiful and super strong wind place - Desa Dairy Farm... After we going through some super slopes, we finally saw this - Desa Dairy Farm... Wah the place is very beautiful to me because we can see the Mount Kinabalu clearly from here and there are so many cows and super green field... I then faster asked Johnny to take photo for me and YuetLeng...Hehee... Then YuetLeng took this back for us...Johnny, KuanHoong and me~~~ Then we continued to take so many photos around...Hope you enjoy the photos ya~~~ WengChye took this photo for all of us.... On the next morning, after sleeping for around 6 hours, i felt much better and we woke up at 4am++ because we planned to see the sunrise...As Sabah's sky will be bright one hour earlier than Kuala Lumpur, that's the reason why we had to wake up earlier... After we had instant cup noodles for breakfast, we gathered again and we ran to upstair to see the sunrise...Hmm...but unfortunately it is quite hazy so we failed to see beautiful sunrise... Good morning Kundasang...!!! They were getting ready to take some photos of the sunrise... I took this for YuetLeng... When we went back to Poring Hot Springs, it was around 5.30pm already and actually we heard from a tourist saying that the "Canopy Walk" going to close real soon so that's the reason why we all had to rush to the place...When we reached the place, unfortunately it was closed, although we asked the staffs to help but they said they really cannot do anything for us...Haih...We had no choice already so we went to the hot springs place... Wow...Look like very hot huh... The cold water's pool...Closed already -_-" This is the place for you to bath with the hot springs... There are 2 pipes there, one hot and another cold... WeiChih, Johnny, PuiLim, DziYieng, YuetLeng and SiewWeng were enjoying themselves... We didn't stay long because the sky had turn into dark... So we went to have some fried noodles for dinner and then we went back to Pine Resort... So after we placed our luggage in our room, we decided to go to the Poring Hot Springs first...When we reached there, then WengChye went to ask a staff in the souvenir shop regarding the way to go to see rafflesia and Sabah Tea Garden...According to the staff, Poring will be closed at 10pm and the rafflesia place and Sabah Tea Garden will be closed soon...So we decided to go to Sabah Tea Garden first then only we go to see rafflesia... So we drove to Sabah Tea Garden and when we reached, it closed already..Haha, what to do...Nothing to see... One of the structure in Sabah Tea Garden, there is a souvenir shop in it... We took some leaflet and read the history on the board... I didn't take photo of the tea garden because it was raining heavily... After that, we heard from a couple, which is a tourist also, saying that the rafflesia place is actually located very near to Poring Hot Springs only, then we felt like being cheated by the Poring Souvenir Shop's staff...We had no choice

Kundasang @ Sabah (Part 1)

After staying at Kota Kinabalu for 2 days, the 3rd day we going to Kundasang, which is a village in Sabah , Borneo that lies along the bank of Kundasang Valley . It is located about 6 kilometres away from Kinabalu National Park and is renowned for its vegetable market which is open seven days a week. It is the closest village to Mount Kinabalu and has a panoramic view of the Mountain. It is populated mainly by the native Dusun and a very small population of Chinese people . Almost all the shops are operated by locals. So after breakfast, we departed to Kundasang...While we were on the way, we stopped at Tamparuli's landmark - Jambatan Tamparuli to take some photos... Wah, quite long huh the bridge... One side of the bridge... YuetLeng and PuiLim were posing on the bridge... Then i took photo for KuanHoong, Johnny, WengChye, PuiLim, YuetLeng and DziYieng...
